2nd International Sea Trout Symposium

This major event will build on the success of the 1st International Symposium on the ‘Biology, Conservation & Management of Sea Trout’ held in Cardiff, Wales in 2004. Its overall objective will be

“To promote the application of the latest science to the better management of sea trout stocks and their associated fisheries”

The event will be hosted jointly by Inland Fisheries Ireland and the Department of Culture Arts and Leisure. A dedicated website has been set up and further information is available via the following link –  http://seatroutsymposium.org

The organisers now invite expressions of interest from prospective contributors in submitting papers, both oral and written, to be considered for inclusion in the formal programme.
